EPA relied on an outdated ERP to manage the business cycle.​

The result was an increase in expenses related to inefficient invoicing, work orders, debt management and fraud detection.

The client was not reaching its maximum level of income due to unbilled clients and inaccurate collections.

Challenges

A new efficiency-oriented system of technological solutions had to be developed.

This transformation necessarily involved updating the ERP software and improving debt management, invoicing, commercial cadastre and customer relations.

Existing customers and their contracts had to be integrated in the system.

The  solution for the Commercial Cycle was implemented in the 37 EPA offices in Ecuador.​
